This site was built to solve a very specific problem: the internet is full of terrible paving advice.

Before launching this site, we spent decades in the commercial paving industry—estimating jobs, running crews, and dealing with asphalt plants. Over the years, we noticed homeowners and property managers continually getting ripped off because they didn't understand the math behind what they were buying.
